Technical Helpdesk Advisor - Forecasted Volume at TieTalent. This is the job. Salary: £ 35,000.pa plus benefits. Hours: 36.25 hours per week. Shifts: between 0700 – 2000 Monday to Sunday. Location: Oldbury - on site.
What will I be doing?
Join the Technical Helpdesk Advisor team and provide expert advice to customers via the telephone. You will be the go-to expert for customers seeking telephone fixes and support the business by only sending patrols to where they are needed. You will be part of a growing team and will deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
Responsibilities
* Working as part of our contact centre team, be the first point of contact for our members, providing essential technical support, advice and repair fixes in cases that may not need emergency patrol support
* Communicating effectively to provide an efficient resolution of breakdowns for our customers
* Utilising our in-house systems to record customer data and incident details in a timely, accurate and easy to understand
* Delivering the top-class level of customer service that our members expect, ensuring every piece of information is given in a simple, understandable manner
Qualifications
* Mechanical Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification, plus substantial demonstrable experience in the motor vehicle repair industry
* A Fixer/Problem Solver: enjoy using technical expertise to solve issues and get customers moving again
* A Master Communicator: ability to explain complex technical information simply and effectively to customers and Patrols
* Flexible: willing to work outside normal hours on a roster basis that includes weekends
