D365 CE Consultant – Permanent
Location: UK (Remote with occasional travel)
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to deliver and support enterprise-level CRM solutions. This is a hands-on role working across business and IT teams to design, configure, and optimise D365 CE, ensuring successful integration with wider systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support end-to-end D365 CE implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
* Gather business requirements, translate into effective solutions, and document processes.
* Configure and enhance D365 CE to align with business needs, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
* Collaborate with IT, implementation partners, and business teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to business users and internal teams.
* Work with BI teams to ensure reports and KPIs effectively support business goals.
* Support transition from legacy systems to cloud-based SaaS solutions.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years’ experience implementing and supporting D365 CE/CRM solutions in enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, integrations, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
* Proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical, business-aligned processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments, balancing innovation with delivery.
* (Desirable) Knowledge of D365 F&O, Dataverse, Power Platform/Apps, and Microsoft SaaS ecosystems.
