We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, to join the fast-paced team in Leeds.
The position:
* Permanent, full-time
* 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
* Sending statements weekly/monthly
* Producing and sending overdue account letters
* Posting and allocation of customer receipts
* Raising invoices, to include 2 weekly call extracts, generating monthly renewals (work orders are raised as calls in our system and then we extract these to create invoices)
* Dealing with queries and maintaining updates, keeping them logged
* Taking ownership for identifying common reasons for invoice queries and working with relevant departments to reduce these
* POA reports – ensuring all ledgers are kept tidy
* Passing on overdue debts to expert collections when necessary
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous credit control experience (5+ years desirable)
* Knowledge of SAGE (desirable)
* Working towards AAT is desirable (study support provided)
* Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
* Professionalism
* Reliability
