Station Management
Oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures.
Quality Control
Maintain high standards for all dishes, focusing on presentation and taste.
Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with team members and support colleagues as needed.
Menu Development
Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, offering suggestions for improvement.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep the kitchen and designated areas clean and organized, ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Works according to BaxterStorey core values
