Technical Support Specialist - Security Systems Location: Lurgan | Salary: £30,000 | Hours: Full-time, 4 on/4 off (days & nights) We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide remote support for fire and security systems. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing issues over the phone or via remote tools and helping reduce the need for engineer visits. What you'll do: Troubleshoot and resolve faults on security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Fire) Provide excellent customer support and clear technical guidance Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth service delivery You'll need: Experience supporting security systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Good understanding of IP/networked systems Customer-focused and reliable Why this role?
