It is an excellent opportunity for a high performing HR Business Partner or Manager looking to step into a number one spot and take full responsibility for the HR function build out.
The Opportunity:
This is a builder role. You’ll work closely with senior management alongside operational administrative support, with the opportunity to lead and develop the function over time. The focus is on designing smart, efficient people processes that drive performance and support the organisations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboarding & Talent Density: Create structured onboarding programs with role-specific materials and stakeholder integration.
* Performance & Compensation: Lead quarterly reviews, competency frameworks, and salary/bonus cycles.
* Recruiting Excellence: Manage hiring operations, recruiter relationships, referral programs, and pipeline analytics.
* People Operations & Compliance: Oversee contracts, payroll, benefits, HR tools, and ensure compliance.
* Employer Branding: Develop a compelling employer brand and candidate experience strategy.
* Culture & Development: Embed values, support feedback practices, and foster a high-performing, low-ego team culture.
