TXM Recruit are currently working with a property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele, and we are looking for a Maintenance Operative to work in their head office in London.
Salary - £35,000
Hours – 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm) Flexibility when busy in peak summer months
Overtime – 1.5x and Unlimited allowed
Extras – 1 in 4 weekend which includes a call out rota (May - October)
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key responsibilities:
* Undertake planned and reactive maintenance & repairs throughout the office including carpentry, plumbing and electrics.
* Tiling and general repairs to doors, windows & locking systems.
* Installation & repairs to gutters and drainpipes.
* Source materials from local suppliers and manufacturers when required
* Oversee external contractors

Requirements
* Have recognised C&G, NVQ qualifications in Carpentry, Plumbing or Electrics
* Basic knowledge of current Building Regulations and H&S standards
* Full UK driving license
