Your new role
You will join a supportive Finance Team, working closely with a Management Accountant and Finance Manager to deliver high quality monthly management accounts and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. If you love structure, thrive on detail, and enjoy being the go to person for all things finance, you’ll feel right at home.
1. Preparing monthly management accounts
2. Producing and posting journals
3. Posting and reconciling month end sales recharges
4. Managing monthly prepayments and accruals
5. Producing monthly financial packs for clients and property managers
6. Carrying out bank reconciliations
7. Liaising with investors and responding to queries
8. Supporting weekly and quarterly payment runs
9. Acting as an internal contact for accounting queries
10. Handling ad‑hoc finance tasks as needed

21. Studying AAT or early stages of ACCA/CIMA
