Job Title: Property Solicitor Residential/Commercial
Location: Spalding - Milton Keynes - Norwich
Salary: £40,000 – £66,795.67 per year + Commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hybrid Option
Overview:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing legal Client that is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property law, looking to further their career in a supportive and professional environment. This can be from Residential or Commercial - We are also interested in hearing from Property conveyancing Solicitors
Key Responsibilities:
\t
* Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial transactions
\t
* Handle sales, purchases, leases, transfers, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion
\t
* Draft and review contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation
\t
* Conduct due diligence, including title checks, local authority searches, and reviewing planning and environmental issues
\t
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
\t
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely progression of files
\t
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of best practices within the property team
Skills & Experience Required:
\t
* Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential and/or commercial property law
\t
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property legislation
\t
* Excellent communication and client care skills
\t
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and file management abilities
\t
* Capable of managing a full caseload independently
\t
* Proficient in Microsoft Office365 and legal case management systems such as LEAP
\t
* Familiarity with digital dictation tools (e.g. Speechwrite) and legal research resources (e.g. PLC, precedent libraries)
