The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, resilient, and commercially astute Senior Account Executive with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales. This role is focused on driving engagement with senior stakeholders, demonstrating cutting‑edge financial solutions and managing deals through to close.

You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to negotiation and conversion. You'll be expected to self‑generate pipeline through outbound activity and strategic territory planning.

This role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and earning potential for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship‑led sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full 360° B2B sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
* Conduct on‑site and in‑person meetings with financial decision‑makers
* Build and maintain strong relationships across your territory
* Develop and execute an effective outbound strategy alongside inbound leads
* Accurately forecast pipeline and manage CRM activity

Requirements

* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a closing B2B sales role
* Proven experience selling R&D tax solutions
* Strong face‑to‑face selling and presentation skills
* Excellent organisation and pipeline management capabilities
* Natural rapport‑builder with a consultative sales approach
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across London
