Responsibilities
* Expansion of our international customer base in the Industry and consumer sector
* Realization of new applications with our high-performance polymers
* Technical and commercial customer support, management of international projects
* Creation and implementation of short, medium and long-term plans
* Realization of corporate goals
Qualifications
* Engineering degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable technical education
* Understanding of business administration
* Sound sales experience
* Knowledge of the plastics industry
* Experience in injection moulding and the design of plastic components is an advantage
* High degree of initiative, commitment and an independent, structured way of working
* Results-oriented thinking and acting, as well as resilience and assertiveness
* Committed, goal-oriented communication
* Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
* Travel activity up to 80%
