Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:15 until 3:15 with breaks

5. Helping support pupils with their school life, help with regulation and engaging with activities.
6. Age range of pupils working with 11- 16 years old working children with LD, challenging behaviour SMH pupils
7. Purpose built AP department
Candidate Requirments:
8. Having Experience working with challenging behaviour
9. Advantage to have worked in a pastoral role
10. Experience of working with SEND pupils and ability to demonstrate an understanding of SEND requirements
11. Full enhanced DBS certificate
12. Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process
13. The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teaching assistant
14. Working with challenging as care or support worker would be ideal
15. CPD within a trust
