We’re working with one of the UK’s largest and most tech-forward residential conveyancing practices as they look to welcome a new non-qualified Residential Conveyancer to their growing South Manchester office.

Who we’re looking for
* Don’t have to be a qualified residential conveyancer
* Experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
* Comfortable with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
* Assertive, resilient and confident managing completions and tight deadlines
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team structure
* Goal-driven and comfortable working to performance metrics
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a caseload of 40+ residential conveyancing files
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, freehold, and new build matters
* Liaising with estate agents, brokers, lenders, and clients
* Ensuring all transactions are progressed efficiently and compliantly
* Meeting task-specific KPIs and contributing to team performance
* Supporting or mentoring junior staff (depending on seniority)
