Hours: 37.5 Hours

West Midlands Safari Park are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.

Your Mission
* Plan and deliver results-driven digital marketing campaigns that sell tickets, fill lodges, and grow our audience working alongside media-buying agencies.
* Keep our website up to date, user-friendly, and optimised to convert visitors into bookers.
* Create and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, compelling copy, and creative content.
* Collaborate with third-party websites and ticket resellersto maximise visibility and sales opportunities.
* Use our owned channels and organic tools(social media, SEO, email, and content) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
* Oversee updates and product listings within our online products and ticketing systems, ensuring accuracy and smooth user experiences.
* Analyse campaign performance and digital data, reporting insights and recommending improvements to enhance results.
* Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned and consistent across all channels
What You Bring to the Pride
* A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a business or marketing subject.
* Experience of working in a busy digital marketing environment.
* A mix of creativity and analytical skills - you love a great idea but you also check the numbers.
* Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and brand tone of voice.
* Confidence with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp or similar.
* A can-do attitude, an organised mind, and you work well within a great team.
* Bonus points if you love wildlife, conservation, and the great outdoors.

What we are
West Midlands Safari Park is an award‑winning visitor attraction, located in Worcestershire in the heart of England. It is home to some of the world’s most beautiful and critically endangered species, with four‑mile safari drive‑through, walk through Discovery Trail, African Village and Lemur Woods, as well beautiful walking trails, allowing guests to experience up close encounters with hundreds of exotic animals. Guests can also choose from a wide range of catering and retail outlets, as well enjoying a large amusement area with over 25 rides and attractions providing the ideal venue for family days out.
In 2021, the park introduced Safari Lodges – luxury accommodation allowing guests to stay overnight for the first time. Guests can wake up to incredible sights of elephants, giraffe, rhino and red panda, or sleep just a ‘whisker’ away from lions, tigers and cheetahs.
In addition, the park is home to three incredible venues –Spring Grove House, Tree Tops Pavillion and Cellarz which play host to weddings, corporate events and social celebrations.
