Process Efficiency Lead
Our client is seeking a Process Efficiency Lead to enhance and streamline their digital systems and platforms. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of innovative technical solutions that improve operational efficiency, enabling them to deliver life-changing services to some of the world’s most remote and hard-to-reach communities.

Location: This role can be based in Kent or optionally could be in the Oxford, Cambridge arc. Up to two days a week in Kent might be initially required. Our client welcomes hybrid working in line with their flexible working policy, the needs of the business, the requirements of the role and your location. This will be discussed at interview.

The Role
As a Process Efficiency Lead, you will help drive forward digital improvement initiatives across the organisation to enhance systems, integration, and effectiveness organisation-wide.
Working closely with the IT Manager, you’ll support the development and integration of digital services, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, as well as the secure operation and enhancement of web services.
You’ll also play a central role in adopting emerging technologies, especially in the use of AI and new applications, that support our client’s goals and operational needs.
Additionally, you will:
1. Train staff in the use of D365 and other business applications
2. Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers
3. Oversee web testing, API monitoring and CMS integration
4. Support data management and Power BI model updates
5. Provide first-line IT support and technical assistance for internal meetings
About You
To be considered as a Process Efficiency Lead, you will need:
1. Experience using Microsoft applications, particularly Dynamics D365 and Power Platform
2. Experience with AI tools and their application in business processes
3. Experience managing IT services, including software and hardware, configuration, and networking
4. Experience with integrating third-party systems, including websites, into D365
5. Experience using Cloud Flows and Business Process Flows
6. Experience working with and managing external IT providers
7. Proven ability to proactively move projects forward and engage stakeholders
8. To be educated to degree level in IT, business information systems, engineering, or a related field, or educated to A-level or equivalent with relevant experience
