About the role Job Title: Project Co-ordinator - Brain Injury Identity Card Location: Hybrid – Home-based with a minimum of one full day per week in the Nottingham office Salary: £25,750 (full time equivalent for 35 Hours) Contract: Permanent, part-time – 22-28 hours per week What you will do Coordinate all aspects of the Brain Injury Identity Card service, from verifying applications to ensuring accurate and timely dispatch. Communicate sensitively with survivors, families, and professionals to guide them through the application process. Liaise with healthcare professionals, GPs, and neuro teams to confirm diagnoses and validate medical documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential digital records using Salesforce CRM, ensuring compliance with GDPR. Support the Justice Programme Manager in promoting the Brain Injury Identity Card across the justice system and Headway network. Recruit, mentor, and support a volunteer providing administrative assistance. Provide cover for the Headway Emergency Fund during periods of absence. About you We’re open-minded and welcome all applicants who believe they can succeed. Though ideally, you will: Have experience in administrative or project coordination roles. Be confident using digital systems (Microsoft 365 and CRM databases such as Salesforce). Have experience handling sensitive or confidential information. Communicate effectively with individuals who may have complex needs, as well as carers and professionals. Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Understand safeguarding, data protection (GDPR), equality, diversity, and inclusion. Be able to work independently, while contributing positively to a wider team.
