We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team on a fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Based in London, you’ll be joining a close-knit, ambitious team passionate about revolutionising the sports industry.

The role
The Account Manager will report to an Account Director and act as the day-to-day contact for sponsors of major sporting events in the UK. The core focus of the role is to manage relationships and ensure that all elements of sponsorship delivery are fulfilled to the highest possible standard.
You’ll need to be confident in managing projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines, often working with rights holders, suppliers, and brand clients in fast-paced environments. Accuracy, communication, and a deep understanding of the sponsorship landscape will be essential.
You’ll also be expected to maintain up-to-date reporting, manage relationships with brands, rights holders and third-party agencies, and contribute to wider team planning around activations and servicing.
Key responsibilities
* Managing the delivery of sponsorship rights across branding, digital, content, hospitality and experiential activations.
* Acting as a key point of contact for brand sponsors and rights holders, ensuring strong communication and relationship management.
* Leading timelines and workstreams to ensure smooth delivery across internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
* Creating clear and compelling reports, supported by accurate data from multiple sources including third-party evaluation partners.
* Managing budgets related to rights delivery and tracking associated costs.
* Supporting on campaign development, including input into creative ideas and activation strategies.
* Representing Rocket Sports in client and stakeholder meetings, including with senior personnel.
* Attending events as needed to help deliver onsite activations and hospitality programmes.
* Keeping up to date with trends, fan behaviour and brand activity across the sports marketing landscape.
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who is highly organised, confident working across multiple projects and passionate about the role sport can play for brands and fans alike. You should be a strong communicator, naturally collaborative, and excited about getting stuck in – whether it’s building a client presentation, managing hospitality lists, or jumping on a train to an event.
You’ll be comfortable working independently and will bring a can-do attitude to the team. Prior experience in a sponsorship, event delivery, or marketing role would be valuable, but we’re open to meeting people from a range of professional backgrounds.
