* Full-time
* Depot: Bicester - Fresh Direct

* Travel: Daily commute only
Salary: £12.09 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 9:00am until 17:00pm
Fresh Direct in Bicester, Oxfordshire, is currently recruiting for a full-time Facilities Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring all buildings and yard areas are maintained to BRC, food safety, and Health and Safety standards across both the depot and office areas. If you are a multi-skilled maintenance assistant with high standards, then we want to hear from you!
As Facilities Assistant, you can expect to work in outdoor environments throughout the seasons, helping to maintain outdoor grounds and landscaping, including watering and tending to plants, trimming shrubs, bushes, and weeding. You will assist our depots by cleaning and litter picking, maintaining housekeeping of allocated areas, and performing duties around all facilities. The job role includes waste collection and segregation, accepting and distributing deliveries within the site premises, and basic maintenance tasks such as painting.
Prior counterbalance license training is favorable but not essential. We will provide opportunities to further enhance your skills through our Learning & Development programs.
