Customer Service Representative
Your Tasks
* First Point of contact for existing or potential B2B customers
* Written and phone correspondence with our customers and external partners
* Interface between customers and Neutrik Organization (Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Management)
* Adhering to the KPI Service Levels
* Continuous Improvement feedback of the Customer Service Processes
* Data Maintenance in ERP and CRM Systems
* Complaint Management
Your Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service
* MS Office and SAP Experience
* Experience in CRM Systems such as
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Team player
* English & French (both fluent)
