Working as a Bank Housekeeper means you play a vital role in ensuring our home remains a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Role & Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
* Complete daily cleaning duties including bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and kitchens
* Support with laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing
* Follow infection control and COSHH guidelines at all times
* Ensure cleaning schedules are completed and recorded accurately
* Work closely with the care team to support residents' needs and preferences
* Monitor and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns
What We Are Looking For
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
* A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of hygiene, infection control, and safety standards (training provided)
As this is a Bank position, you will provide cover for annual leave, sickness, and additional support, so shifts and working days will vary.
