Our client is seeking to appoint an Operations Administrator to work within their Audit Support Operations Team.


Your responsibilities will include assisting with all tasks within the Audit Support section including, input of new Client Onboardings, Accounts and Portfolios, input of static data amendments, preparation of account closures, setup of online users including the activation of passwords. You would be dealing with client online queries via email and telephone, investigate and respond to all internal and external queries, whilst fully supporting the Front Office functions in both Guernsey and Jersey.


Your qualifications and skills will need to include good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce quick and accurate work under pressure, identify procedural changes for greater efficiency, with advanced MS Excel skills.
