Administration/procurement officer required to work in the Estates Department of the Belfast Trust. This role is based in Knockbracken Healthcare Park.
This is a full time office based role for an initial period of 9 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm 37.5 hours per week and the rate of pay is £14.53 per hour.
What The Job Entails:
* Sourcing and purchasing goods and services
* Involvement in the tendering and invoicing processes
* Assisting senior Estates Contracts Officers as required
* Dealing with queries or issues from customers and suppliers
* Researching and supplying data for a range of different departments and management
What We Need from You:
* University Degree (or equivalent) plus one year administration experience or two year’s administration experience
* High proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel
* Experience of staff management
* Previous experience of procurement of products or services is desirable but not essential
