Job Title: eDiscovery Senior Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

I am looking for an experienced and technically astute eDiscovery Consultant to join a pioneering legal services firm at the forefront of AI adoption and innovation in the legal industry.
Based in London, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border litigation and investigation matters across the EMEA region, leveraging advanced technologies and modern workflows.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage full-lifecycle eDiscovery projects across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) including: Data collection management, ingestions & processing, review management and analytics (CAL and/or TAR), and final productions to clients with quality checks.
Operate as a daily expert user of Relativity (RelOne) to manage and deliver project milestones effectively.
Translate complex technical details into clear, layman-friendly explanations for clients and stakeholders.
Juggle multiple projects across various time zones, with an emphasis on EMEA-based clients.
Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service.
Assist in training junior team members and guiding best practices across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience with a track record of independently managing complex matters.
Expertise in Relativity (RelOne) and deep familiarity with other industry-standard eDiscovery tools.
Strong grasp of technical concepts and hands-on experience with collection, processing, and analytics workflows.
Experience working at an eDiscovery vendor preferred; law firm experience acceptable.
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
