Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
Differentiate learning to meet individual needs
Work collaboratively with staff, parents and external professionals
Uphold safeguarding and school policies
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching KS2 (ECTs welcome)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
High expectations for pupil achievement
