Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute test and qualification plans to verify product performance.
* Conduct both theoretical analysis and hands‑on testing activities.
* Interpret technical requirements and manage system verification documentation.
* Analyse test results, produce technical reports, and support design improvements.
* Identify and implement process improvements within engineering practices.
* Collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related discipline).
* 1‑5 years’ experience in an engineering/industrial environment.
* Experience of product testing, qualification or systems verification – advantageous.
* Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and engineering analysis.
* Skilled in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
* Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
