Salary: 0Shift hours: Full TimeSecurity Mobilisation ManagerCompass One – Support ServicesLocation: Mobile / National Travel RequiredReporting to: Head of SecurityContract: Full‑TimeAbout the RoleWe’re recruiting a Security Mobilisation Manager to support transformation activity and the mobilisation of new Security contracts across Compass One.Acting as the operational Security lead, you’ll work closely with project, mobilisation and operational teams to ensure new operating models, systems and processes are practical, compliant and successfully embedded into business‑as‑usual operations.This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who thrives in mobilisation environments and brings strong Security operational expertise.What You’ll Be DoingAct as the operational Security representative across projects and mobilisationsProvide expert insight into Security service delivery, workflows and requirementsSupport transformation initiatives and operating model designEnsure Security requirements are embedded into mobilisation plansSupport system build, configuration, data collection and validationParticipate in testing, readiness and go‑live activityAct as an escalation point during mobilisation and early contract deliverySupport adoption of new systems, processes and ways of workingCapture feedback and support continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForExtensive Security industry knowledge, including NHS Security proceduresProven leadership experience managing large or regional teamsStrong understanding of compliance, regulatory and contractual requirementsExperience working within mobilisation, project or transformation environmentsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong planning, organisation and prioritisation skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationallyAs part of Compass you'll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
