Pay: £92.63 – £97.50 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking caring and dependable SEMH Support Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Worthing and nearby areas. You’ll provide tailored support to pupils who need extra help—working one-to-one, assisting small groups, and helping create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs in both learning and wellbeing
Encouraging focus, confidence, and engagement throughout the school day
Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
Creating a safe, positive space where every child feels valued
Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Confidence to work across different school settings
A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
