Hours and Shift Pattern: 1 x 32.16 hour post is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis until the end of January 2027. 1 x 37hour post is offered on a permanent basis that will require a flexible approach to shifts to meet the operational demands of the ward. What you will do: You will be responsible for delivering person centred care, evidence based, and recovery focused interventions and will also provide collaborative working within a multi-disciplinary team and across multi agency services. You will be required to demonstrate the ability to accept and/or delegate responsibility for the ongoing assessment, implementation and evaluation of care for patients. Applications are welcomed from individuals who will work as a key component of a multidisciplinary team and as such should have excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills along with a positive attitude and a proven ability to work as part of a team.
