Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a well-regarded school in Newcastle for the full academic year.
About the Role:
* Work across Key Stages providing support where needed
* Fast-paced position – moving from class to class during the school day
* Be ready to cover and lead a class at short notice
* Support a variety of year groups, adapting quickly to each setting
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Confidence in delivering lessons and managing a classroom
* Strong adaptability, efficiency, and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
