Own the Results — Monitor team performance against key targets including customer satisfaction, speed of resolution, and efficiency — you’ll know what good looks like and push for great! Problem-Solve & Collaborate — Work closely with installers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and get things back on track. Coach & Develop — Support your team to handle every case with empathy, confidence, and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to wow our customers.
