We are recruiting reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fruit Pickers on a grape farm in Kent. This is a seasonal, outdoor role suitable for those who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team in a farm environment.
As a Fruit Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting grapes carefully, ensuring quality control, and meeting daily picking targets. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and harvesting grapes by hand.
* Sorting and handling fruit with care to maintain quality standards.
* Following instructions from supervisors and working as part of a team.
* Working to daily targets and maintaining a good pace and productivity.
* Adhering to health and safety guidelines on the farm.
Requirements
* Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
* Team player with a good work attitude.
* No previous experience required.
