Offer description

What do you need?

1. Good client facing skills, via phone, email and face-to-face
2. Familiarity with basic IT tools (Word, Excel, major browsers – Chrome, Safari, Edge etc.)
3. Comfortable with technical web-based tools
4. Strong interest in Technology
5. Clear written and spoken communication skills

Ideally also:

6. Technical knowledge of databases (in particular MS SQL Server) and database applications
7. Previous experience of delivering training in a face to face format to small groups
