Ready to multiply your impact? We’re looking for a "player-coach" in Belfast, Northern Ireland to build our next generation of elite SDRs for the US tech market. This role is for a proven sales leader who loves to mentor talent but also leads from the front lines, keeping their own skills razor-sharp.

* Shape World-Class Sales Talent: Design and deliver our intensive onboarding program, transforming new hires into quota-crushing SDRs ready to conquer the US market within their first few weeks.
* Mentor and Elevate the Team: Conduct continuous coaching, personalized feedback sessions, and high-intensity role-plays that sharpen skills, build confidence, and create an unstoppable team dynamic.
* Lead from the Front: Step in to cover active accounts as needed, demonstrating best practices in real-time and proving the effectiveness of your training through your own results on the front lines.
