THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Fragrance Brand Ambassador, you play a critical role in achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards across your counter. You will engage customers through product expertise and ensure the effective day‑to‑day execution of all retail operations.
You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:
Sales & Customer Service
1. Achieve sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement
2. Build strong relationships to influence and convert customers
3. Deliver Coty’s customer service standards in every interaction
4. Drive add‑on sales and recommend alternative products
5. Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Excellence of Execution
6. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
7. Ensure effective day‑to‑day running of the counter
8. Complete all company paperwork accurately and within deadlines
9. Submit weekly and monthly sales figures with trading commentary
10. Adhere to uniform, grooming, and store guidelines at all times
Team & Collaboration
11. Maintain clear communication with the Area Manager and Business Manager
12. Stay informed of all company initiatives and updates
13. Build strong relationships with store staff and management
14. Liaise with Coty teams where required to support performance
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a customer‑focused retail professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where service, selling, and standards go hand in hand. You are reliable, proactive, and confident in engaging customers to deliver a premium fragrance experience.
15. Previous experience in a similar retail or beauty role
16. Strong customer service and selling skills
17. Confident communication and interpersonal ability
18. Ability to influence and build customer relationships
19. Good numeracy and literacy skills
20. Comfortable using IT tools such as Excel
21. Reliable with strong attention to detail
