About Our Nursery
Located in London Kenton Preston Hill, our nursery is rated Good by Ofsted and accommodates 47 children in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment. Here, children are encouraged to be creative and independent while developing a love for learning and building relationships. Our Northwest London nursery is easily accessible by car or public transport, with onsite parking and convenient buggy storage for safe drop-off and collection. The nearest underground station is Kingsbury, just a 15-minute walk away. Plus, we provide complimentary lunches and free parking for staff!
In our outdoor area, children can enjoy a variety of activities, including hula hoops, climbing frames, and an outdoor creative station, all designed to foster their physical and social development.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Act as Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Required Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner preferred.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
