As a Customer Manager, you will be the linchpin between commercial strategy and client execution, owning the sales pipeline, leading tender submissions, and ensuring smooth handover to project teams. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Management
* Pipeline Ownership: Lead and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring leads, prospects, and opportunities are actively tracked and advanced in line with company targets.
* Pricing & Proposals: Coordinate and deliver pricing strategies and tailored proposals swiftly and accurately to meet client expectations and market demands.
CRM & Data Oversight
* CRM Administration: Drive CRM adoption company-wide. Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records of all client interactions, bids, and outcomes.
* Sales Administration: Record all engagement metrics, lessons learned, and outcomes from tenders, ensuring data is actionable and reportable.
