Our client within Financial Service is looking for a Collections Agent to join their busy Customer Support Team working in a fast-paced environment. Your Duties & Responsibilitiesas the Collections Agent: * Provide first-class support for inbound and outbound calls, emails, webchats, and other correspondence * Assist customers facing complex financial challenges, identifying fair and appropriate solutions * Adhere to company policies and guidelines * Work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment * Consistently achieving service level KPIs and exceeding targets.
