Customer Service Representative - Tata Steel, Shotton
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
Location: Shotton
Contract Length: 14 months (maternity cover, with potential for a permanent role)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Tata Steel in Shotton. This role is perfect for someone with strong computer literacy skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Role Responsibilities:
* Handling customer queries and order entry on internal systems
* Managing delivery queries and general administrative tasks
* Directing customers to the appropriate teams
* Using Excel for data management
* Working collaboratively in a growing team
Essential Requirements:
* Computer literacy (training will be provided on bespoke systems)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with SAP (preferred but not essential)
* Strong teamwork and dedication to customer service
* Understanding of business protection and practical solutions
