Digital Marketing Manager – Beauty & Fragrance Victoria, London | Hybrid | Global company Are you experienced within digital marketing with a love for beauty and fragrance? This is your chance to a growing company and take the lead in shaping their digital presence worldwide! Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who loves bringing fresh ideas to life and knows how to deliver high impact campaigns that excite, engage and convert. You’ll report to the Global Head of Marketing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage a Social Media Executive to deliver high-impact, innovative campaigns. Key Responsibilities * Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including Paid Social, Organic Social, Email, PPC, SEO, SMS, and Display. * Take hands-on ownership of Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, ensuring strong performance against KPIs. * Manage the digital marketing budget, optimising spend to deliver excellent ROAS and efficiency. * Plan and oversee the digital campaign calendar, including new product launches. * Develop engaging content for social, email, and web, with a focus on audience growth and engagement. * Spot opportunities to enhance consumer engagement and deliver brand-building activations. * Beneficial to have experience with Amazon and TikTok campaigns or managing an Amazon / TikTok agency * Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative across all channels. * Support product launches, PR activations, and sampling strategies to strengthen brand awareness. * Manage and mentor the Social Media Executive, setting clear goals and supporting development. * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design) and external partners (influencers, agencies) to maximise results. * Monitor campaign performance through tools such as Google Analytics and Meta & TikTok Ads Manager. * Provide actionable insights, analyse ROI, and build strong business cases for new initiatives. Skills & Experience * 5 years in brand management or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods. * Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar. * Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo). * Knowledge of TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central is an advantage. * Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and analysing performance. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. * Creative mindset with an eye for brand-building and innovation. * Genuine passion for beauty and fragrance.
