The Role
As a Contentious Probate Associate Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of inheritance disputes, will challenges, and trust litigation
* Assist with the growth and development of the contentious probate team
* Work closely with senior colleagues on complex matters and business development initiatives
* Receive ongoing support, training, and mentoring to support your advancement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with solid experience in contentious probate or private client litigation
* Be confident managing files independently, while collaborating as part of a team
* Possess excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
* ACTAPS accreditation or progression toward it would be highly advantageous
