The Role
This opportunity sits within a highly regarded Real Estate team, focusing on a wide variety of property litigation matters. You’ll be working with a diverse client base, handling both commercial and residential disputes.
Your work will include:
* Advising clients on all aspects of property-related disputes
* Managing your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex matters
* Handling negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to deliver cost-effective solutions
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, and getting involved in business development initiatives

* Solid experience in property litigation or related dispute resolution
