Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of small/mid-range clients, achieving new business and renewal targets.
2. Maintain high sales quality standards for excellent customer outcomes.
3. Promote additional products and handle new business inquiries.
4. Build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
5. Develop understanding of the Private Medical Insurance market, products, and regulations.
6. Negotiate premiums with insurers to secure the best value.
7. Record all business interactions in the database.
8. Ensure all paperwork is compliant and properly filed.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in Financial Services, General Insurance, or Private Medical Insurance preferred.
* Experience in a sales environment is advantageous.
* Strong relationship and account management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Professional, customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
