Job Description Deputy Nursery Manager – Brand New Nursery Opening | Up to £37,000 Our client is preparing to open a brand-new, purpose-built nursery and is seeking an experienced and inspiring Deputy Nursery Manager to join the leadership team from the very beginning. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new setting from the ground up – working alongside the Nursery Manager to create a warm, inclusive environment where children and staff can flourish. As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the setting, helping to establish a strong team, maintain compliance, and ensure the delivery of outstanding care and education. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and committed to achieving excellence in early years practice. What We're Looking For Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) – essential Proven experience in a Deputy Manager role or as a Room Leader/Third in Charge with excellent leadership skills A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements A track record of supporting or contributing to Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills A proactive and positive approach with a genuine love for early years Why Join This New Nursery?
