Duties of a Centre Manager;
10. Managing day-to-day operations of the vehicle service centre efficiently
11. Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and repair standards
12. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
13. Overseeing workshop productivity and profitability
14. Managing and developing staff to achieve individual and team targets
15. Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
16. Proven experience in a similar role within the motor trade, ideally as an Independent Garage Manager, Fast Fit Branch Manager, or Service Manager
17. Strong leadership and organisational skills
18. Excellent communication and customer service skills
19. Knowledge of statutory health and safety requirements and vehicle repair processes
20. A proactive approach and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
21. Valid UK driving licence
