Role Overview

* Lead the firm’s planning team, managing a varied portfolio of work

* Advise clients including national FTSE 250 companies and regional house builders

\n\n
\n\n

* Handle major planning applications and planning enquiries on large developments
\n
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Provide planning support on individual projects
\n
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Oversee infrastructure and section agreements\n\t
\n\t

What You’ll Bring

* At least 8 years’ relevant experience in planning law

* Experience in private practice or in-house counsel considering a return to private practice
