Your new company An established and respected national law firm with a growing Regulatory Division is seeking experienced and ambitious advocates to join its team in Winchester. The firm acts for a range of health and social care regulators and education sector clients across the UK, with increasing volumes of work requiring skilled professionals to support its expanding practice. Your new role You will be responsible for presenting cases at final substantive hearings and representing regulators at interim and case management hearings. These cases often involve serious professional conduct issues such as dishonesty, fraud, sexual misconduct, and deficient performance. What you'll need to succeed You'll bring strong advocacy experience, ideally within professional disciplinary or fitness to practise contexts, although relevant experience from other sectors will be considered. You'll be confident in presenting cases at hearing and have a solid understanding of regulatory processes. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to high standards of client service are essential. Full induction and ongoing training will be provided.
