Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a reputable housing provider for an experienced Partnership Living Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a specialist supported housing service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing or supported housing professional with strong operational and people management experience to lead a service supporting customers with a wide range of complex needs.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a team delivering housing management and support to customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring services are compliant, high-performing and focused on helping residents live independently.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing, motivating and developing a team to deliver high-quality housing management and support services
Overseeing service performance, compliance, safeguarding and customer outcomes
Managing voids, lettings, ASB, health & safety and property standards
Ensuring contracts and commissioning requirements are met and performance is accurately reported
Working closely with Local Authorities, care providers and partner agencies
Supporting service development, continuous improvement and change programmes
Monitoring budgets, income and financial performance, including service charge awareness
Acting as Safeguarding Lead for the service areaThe service supports customers with a range of needs including mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, domestic abuse, homelessness and complex backgrounds.

About You
We are looking for someone with:
Experience managing teams within housing, supported housing or a related environment
Strong operational knowledge of housing management (voids, lettings, ASB, compliance, H&S)
Understanding of housing legislation, safeguarding and working with vulnerable customers
Experience working with commissioners, local authorities or external partners
Strong performance management, organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment
Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between sitesBasic DBS required.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
