Our client, an award-winning Top 200 UK Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Partner to join their highly successful team in Exeter. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor at the Senior Associate to Partner level to make a significant impact within a reputable firm that prides itself on its regional presence and community connections.
About the Role
As a key player in the Corporate Commercial department, you will handle a diverse and engaging caseload, working with high-quality clients across Somerset, Devon, and Dorset. Your responsibilities will include undertaking fee-earning work on corporate and commercial client matters while playing a crucial role in expanding the department’s client base. You will also assist in managing and developing the team, ensuring effective supervision and delegation to team members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong corporate experience, covering both transactional and general aspects, alongside solid commercial contracts experience (including general contracts, supply, distribution, franchise agreements, and terms and conditions). You should be a proactive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a growth mindset that allows you to see the bigger picture.
