Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism Ensure refreshments and break out areas are stocked Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Support general office administration tasks Assist with onboarding new starters and visitor accessAbout You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and other office systems Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role is desirable Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
