An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant/Support Secretary in the Cardiology department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic highly motivated, hardworking individual to join a busy, friendly and dedicated team.
Main duties of the job
* Accurate data entry of all patient records Scanning documents to patients’ electronic records. Open and distribute incoming post and prepare outgoing post.
* Supporting the team to ensure all clinical correspondence is typed within the Trust’s agreed timeframes and proactively take forward any instructions from the medical team including booking outpatient appointments and confirming any investigations necessary are requested.
